- Deliverables — final deliverables are provided in the formats agreed. We retain the right to use non-confidential work as anonymised portfolio examples unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Cancellation — if you cancel a project after work has begun, you are liable for fees covering work completed to that point. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Client responsibilities — timely provision of requested information and feedback is the client's responsibility. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
